REGOLAMENTO DELLE CASE PER FERIE ASSOCIATE ATR
Lo scopo della strutture ricettive aderenti all’ ATR è quello di offrire ai loro ospiti associati un ambiente accogliente e di dare loro un’opportunità per riscoprire i valori umani e cristiani in un’atmosfera di rispetto e cordialità reciproci.
Entrando in questo complesso ricettivo, ogni ospite associato dichiara esplicitamente di voler accettare queste finalità e di adeguarsi alle norme indicate in questo regolamento per il buon andamento della convivenza di tutti.
L’accettazione degli ospiti associati avviene mediante previa prenotazione e versamento di una caparra confirmatoria da stabilirsi con il personale addetto alla Reception.
L’ospite associato all’arrivo ha l’obbligo di esibire un documento di riconoscimento valido, nonché l’ attestazione di appartenenza all’ ATR (tesserino).
L’ospite associato è pregato di usare il massimo rispetto per il decoro della Casa e per la conservazione degli arredi messi a disposizione. La Direzione potrà rivalersi per eventuali danni arrecati all’arredamento della camera.
La Direzione non risponde dei valori lasciati incustoditi nelle camere o negli spazi comuni, rivolgersi al personale per la custodia dei suddetti.
Si raccomanda vivamente di evitare rumori che possano disturbare la serena convivenza, particolarmente nelle ore pomeridiane, serali e notturne.
Non possono essere introdotte nelle camere persone estranee senza il permesso della Direzione.
Nelle camere è vietato : fumare, usare fornelli o bollitori, ferri da stiro, stufette.
Gli ospiti associati sono tenuti a lasciare la chiave della camera alla Reception ogni volta che escono dalla struttura.
Si prega di osservare l’orario dei pasti esposto nella Reception; per particolari motivi di salute è permesso, in accordo con la Direzione, di richiedere menù diversi da quelli fissati dalla Casa.
Il mancato rispetto delle regole sopra elencate potrà comportare, secondo la gravità della trasgressione, la revoca dalla posizione di associato.
I gentili ospiti associati sono pregati di astenersi dal rivolgere reclami al personale di servizio; ogni comunicazione dovrà essere presentata alla Direzione, alla quale è demandata la diretta responsabilità del buon andamento della Casa.

REGULATIONS OF THE RELIGIOUS GUEST HOUSES ASSOCIATED TO ATR
The purpose of the guest houses adhering to the ATR is to offer their associated guests a pleasant atmosphere and to give them opportunity to re-discover the human and Christian values in an atmosphere of mutual respect and cordiality.
Entering a religious guest house, every associated guest declares explicitly of wanting to accept their purposes and to adapt itself to the rules indicated in this regulations for the good course of the cohabitation of all.
To be accepted as an associated guest, you are required to make a reservation and pay a confirmation deposit following the Reception’s staff indication.
The associated guest at his arrival is obliged to exhibit a valid identity document, and to demonstrate he is a member of the ATR (badge).
The associated guest is requested to have the maximum respect regarding the honour of the House and the conservation of the furnishings. The Direction has the right to ask for payment of eventual damages to the furnishings of the room.
The Direction is not responsible for values left in the room or communal spaces, please ask staff regarding the safeguard of valuables.
We lively recommend guests to avoid noises that can disturb the peaceful cohabitation, particularly in the afternoon, evening and nocturnal hours.
It is not possible to invite external guests without the permission of the Direction.
In all rooms it is prohibited: to smoke, to use gas cookers, kettles, irons or electrical heating devices.
The associated guest must leave the room key at the Reception every time they leave the structure.
Guests are requested to observe the meal timetable available at the Reception; for particular health reasons it’s permitted, in agreement with the Direction, to ask for alternative menus from those fixed ones by the House.
Transgression of over listed rules could means revoke the guest from being an associated member.
Associated guests are kindly required not to address complains to staff, but to report them directly to the Direction to whom is delegated the responsibility of the well-being of all.
